Our Patriots football team struggled again this week. We have played better teams the last two weeks, which does make a difference. Faulkton is a confident, physical, and aggressive team. There are quite a few things our Patriots can learn from playing a team like this. Faulkton set the tone of the game off the first kick-off, and our Patriots just couldn't match their physicality and aggression. I am hoping playing a team like this will give our players more motivation to work harder in the weight room and give them a drive to be more physical and aggressive on their own.
The Patriots did very well punting the ball this game with three punts over 35 yards and very little return yards. #55 Preston Wipf had 10 plus tackles and #8 Payton Chasing Hawk had 9 plus tackles. #32 Aiden Frankenstein ended up throwing for 124 yards and two touchdowns to #8 Payton Chasing Hawk. Even with the last two weeks not going very well our Patriots are set-up to make the play-offs, but first we must play well against Arlington this Friday night at 7PM in Arlington. We thank you for your continued support. A special thanks to Heartland State Bank and Kasey Nowell for feeding both teams after the game on Friday night. #GoPatriots!!!
